Miss Ashley learned to teach and mentor children at the foot of her mother, who created our first school more than 30 years ago.​ Ashley is pationate about nuturing children in rich learning environments that foster confidence and help students find joy in learning and peace through education. 

 

Miss Ashley earned her Masters Degree in American Studies and Folklore at Utah State University where she taught undergraduate courses and developed programs for living history centers and elementary schools working to incorporate cultural programs in the classroom.  With 20 years of teaching experience, Ashley has both developed and directed educational programs for preschool, elementary, middle and high school aged children, various cultural and history organizations, home-school cooperatives and community programs.  Ashley is a certified Montessori instructor and a homeschooling mother of 13 years.
